Counselling
At the Centre of Hope we provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for individuals to talk about their life challenges. We offer support and help our members to gain insight and develop strategies to cope with difficulties. We help them to improve self-awareness and to make positive changes in their lives.
Depression Support group
Every second Thursday a gathering of people with similar experiences of depression shares their stories, feelings and coping strategies in a safe and supportive environment. We offer mutual encouragement and comfort, provide practical information and help individuals feel less alone by connecting with others who truly understand their challenges.
Thursdays, 18h00 - 19h00
Women’s Support group
On Fridays our ladies get together to share experiences, provide emotional encouragement and search out the Word for answers how to cope with everyday challenges of womanhood. We discuss issues such as mental health, addiction, relationships and how to improve your well-being.
Fridays, 9h00 - 10h00
